How do I cancel my order?

If you need to send us a new manuscript file, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We may not be able to update your files for you after 24 hours. 

If you chose the wrong payment method or entered the wrong invoice or billing address information, you do not need to create a new order.

If you need to change the billing information on your invoice, please contact us and provide the correct information. We will update the invoice for you.

If you paid for the order, but you need to change the payment method, please contact us. We can create a new payment link for you and refund the original payment once we receive the new payment.

If you chose a bank transfer payment method and you want to pay online, please wait for the payment link to appear in your account. After three hours of creating the order, a payment link will be available for you to make the payment in your account by Paypal, credit card, WeChat, UnionPay, or Alipay.
