How do I cancel my order?


If you chose the wrong payment method or entered the wrong invoice or billing address information, you do not need to create a new order. Please contact us and provide the correct information. Once we receive that information, we will update your order for you and keep your original deadline. If you need to send us a new manuscript file, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We may not be able to update your files for you after 24 hours.
